After an epic five days of shooting for our little short film we have come to the pointy end of editing. The time when we fix up all our mistakes and make this muma a sure thing! It was an amazing five days of hard work, dedication and, not to mention, just a few laughs. Our cast and crew were brilliant at getting the job done, and getting it done well. Liza Murray our DoP produced a gorgeous picture. We always love working with Liza, who has such a delicate eye for detail and beauty in what she does. It was a great pleasure to have her on board again. She is always determined to get the picture no matter what. But of course the picture could not have looked so amazing without the great lighting talents of our gaffer, Anthony Rilocapro. He worked with some significant trials of the rapidly declining sun, and still managed to create a beautiful effect.
Our cast were all fantastic. They created dynamic and real characters, and brought the story to life. Each and every one of them gave great performances, Laura-Jane Emes, Billy Smedley, Sarah Hallam and headed up by our two leads, Sally McLean and Benedict Kazlauskas. We were thrilled to work with such great talent.
You can check out some of the brilliant stills by our photographers Jason Lau and Christoph Ziegenhardt, and a few additions by our producer extraordinaire, Phill Northwood, on our Facebook page.
