Jemma van Loenen
Writer & Director
Jemma is a Writer and Director of screen content. She completed an Advanced Diploma in Screenwriting at RMIT, and a Certificate 3 in Screen through Open Channel. Jemma demonstrates a diverse skill set and interest. She tells evocative stories of who we are, who we dream to be and who we dare to be, by challenging, redefining and recreating through a visual experience. Her films include the shorts Little Bird (2010), winning Best Drama and People's Choice at RMIT Film Awards; Lily & Lani (2011), invited to Court Metrage at Cannes Film Festival; and Evie Wants A Baby (2012), winning Best Actress (short category) at Melbourne Underground Film Festival, and Best Screenplay at LDUB Film Festival (USA), Raymond Taylor’s Earnest Adventure in Love (2013) and Falling (2016) which screened at Balinale (IND), Made in Melbourne (AUS) and Setting Sun Short Film Festival (AUS). Her debut feature documentary Bam Bam has screened in Australia and internationally, winning awards for Best Documentary, an Award for Excellence and a Merit Award.

Phill Northwood
Producer
Phill comes from an Information Technology background spanning 20+ years. He has worked as a Project Manager, both in the corporate and non-government sectors, and comes with an abundance of experience in delivering complex projects in a timely manner. Phill has a keen interest in film, being Executive Producer on Jemma’s short film Little Bird (2010) and producing the shorts Lily & Lani (2011), Evie Wants A Baby (2012), Raymond Taylor's Earnest Adventure in Love (2013) and Falling (2016) as well as the award winning, debut feature documentary Bam Bam (2018). He continues to pursue a vocation in filmmaking, where he can exercise his creative skills, bringing satisfying stories to the screen. He is astute, passionate and persistent in producing quality projects, bringing with him creative ideas and solutions to realise the vision on the screen.
